Vexar Entertainment has become known for their annual and series shows in Memphis. The larger shows feature three full electric bands and one or two acoustic acts. Here's a brief run-down of what Vexar Entertainment is doing.
Annual Shows
"The Vexar Entertainment Hour" Podcast Anniversary
"The Vexar Entertainment Hour" Podcast launched in January of 2006 and celebrates it's anniversary by showcasing a few of the acts that are featured on the podcast.
"VEX-Mas In July"
Take your mind off the sweltering Memphis Summer heat and enjoy Vexar Entertainment's Rockin' Beach Party!
VexarDave's Birthday Bash
A handfull of bands come together each year to help celebrate Vexardave's birthday with a huge blowout party!
Series Shows
Acoustic Rock Series
Vexar Entertainment began a series of Acoustic Rock shows at the end of 2006. These shows showcase the local Rock bands' Acoustic sets along with some of Memphis' best singer/songwriters in the same venue!
Benefit Series
Vexar Entertainment has held private performances for the children, families, and staff of St. Jude's Target House since the Fall od 2005, but larger shows to benefit local and national organizations are on the way!
Vexar Entertainment shows are open to all local bands that are willing to work hard at helping to promote the shows and put on a great performance.
Unless otherwise specified, a ll Vexar Entertainment shows are age 18 and up and $5 for an advance ticket, $7 at the door, FREE! with military, police, fire, & EMT ID, and also FREE! with a reasonable donation from the Target House Wish List.
